Each label is cut to it's own sizing standards. It is important you measure carefully to ensure you are ordering the right size. If between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size and having your garment tailored.

We cannot offer refunds on Shona Joy made to order dresses- store credit or size exchange only.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Wait times vary but it can be from one week up to 12 weeks. Please let us know the wear date in your order comments so we can ensure the best service. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

What if the dress I have ordered isn't available?

We will contact you to suggest alternative styles or arrange a refund. 

The size I ordered doesn't fit!

It is important to measure correctly to ensure that special order garments fit. If an item isn't the right size, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange a swap. 

My bridesmaids are in different towns, can they just order dresses from their local stockists?

Always order your dresses in one order from the same stockist, to ensure the colours are all the same.
