Returns Policy


  • Should you wish to return an item purchased online from Mangos Fashion we will be happy to issue a refund, provided it is in a re-saleable condition.  
    Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

  • The item must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • The item must not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour- please take due care when trying on your order.

  • For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, bodysuits, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

  • Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Mangos Fashion staff will reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new condition.

  • If you wish to exchange, the fastest way to exchange is for you to order what you need online now, which we can fulfill and dispatch immediately, and return what you do not need for refund. 

  • Items marked as FINAL CLEARANCE are not eligible for a return or refund.

For purchases made in store at Mangos Fashion Boutique, we will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit should you change your mind.

Our full returns policy applies to all online orders made with Afterpay. Refunds can be processed using Afterpay- any money paid will be reimbursed and future payments cancelled. 


In some instances, returned items can also be processed as a Store Credit to the customer. This will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size or colour, provided it is available.

Free return delivery is not available for international customers.

Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit. Store credits can only be used online and not in store.


All items are checked and inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from Mangos Fashion.

We are happy to replace or repair in the case of a manufacturing fault. Only if we are unable to replace or repair will we then offer a refund.

Please email us if you believe your garment has a fault. 


Mangos Fashion may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products on your order. We will contact you should this occur. 

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.


We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day, however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time or we may have miscounted our stock. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period.

If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give you a refund immediately. If it is an item we can re-order, we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
