Standard Shipping:

$10 standard delivery

Express Shipping:

$15 express delivery

Bulky Items:

$20 standard delivery

Selected items such as hats, boots or coats will ship under a slightly higher rate. We try to limit the items we apply this to and you will see this charge during checkout. Bulky items are sent via standard shipping to reduce costs; please contact us if you need a bulky item sent express. 

International Shipping:

We currently ship worldwide, please note there may be additional delays during this time. Unfortunately these are out of our control.

New Zealand: $25.00
Rest of world: $30.00

Click & Collect:

Online orders can be picked up in store during business hours at 48 Commercial Street East, Mount Gambier for no charge. You may nominate someone else to collect your order if you are unable to do so. 

Local Delivery:

For anyone within the local area (including Robe, Naracoorte, Lucindale, Kingston, Keith etc as well as Western Victoria) feel free to contact us regarding delivery, as we may be able to arrange a local freight company to deliver your order more quickly than Australia Post. The costs of this can vary and is calculated case by case. 

Delivery Times:

For standard shipping, we aim to have your order to you within 7 business days. Regional areas may be up to 10 business days. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for Express Post as we are in a regional area, but you should receive your order within three business days.

Processing Orders:

We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in South Australia. 

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is packed and leaves our store, you will receive an email with an Australian Post tracking number to allow you to track its progress. If you have an online account you can also track the order by logging in here and clicking on the order number.
