Rosé and Cranberry Christmas Punch

The Mango's girls can't wait to enjoy this Christmas cocktail!

Rosé and Cranberry Christmas Punch

  • 250g small strawberries, sliced (or you can use frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 750ml bottle Rosé wine, chilled (we love the Cuvee Co Ivy Elliot Rosé , made right here in the Limestone Coast!)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
  • 2 cups chilled apple and berry mineral water (or use half sparkling apple juice & half cranberry juice)

Place berries and ice in a jug or punchbowl. Add wine, vodka and mineral water/juice. Stir to combine.

Serve in the most festive glass you can find! Garnish with fruit and mint or rosemary sprigs.
